Re: my true nutrition custom logGet a memory foam mattress bro. My old mattress was making my back aches even worse and made it tough to sleep sometimes too. Then I bought a memory foam one. Best money ever spent!! I sleep like a baby and I really feel a difference in my back. I got a queen size one from Amazon for $400 total including shipping.

Re: my true nutrition custom loga little late but here is my friday update. i decided to use gatorade with my mix and it tasted great. i felt ready to lift after every set. i am also noticeing that i have put back on some of my pre injury mass. so i am happy with that. my elbow feels great. i am doing push ups and bodyweight rows with no pain. i credit that to the joint and tendon rescue im taking. im going to start slowly bringing pullups into my routine next month. maybe by july i'll bring dips in. as for kotic i have always been a fan even when the old formula tasted horrible. its the only pre wo i always go back to. i try new ones but they dont compare.
friday squats 5x5, 1x20 lunges 3x10 db calf raise 5x20 pushup/row 3x10 of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most.

i had a good workout monday. today i felt like crap. it took me 40 mins just to leave the house. then i dragged my behind from set to set. i did go up in weight lifted but my focus was in and out. i'll be wraping this review up in a few days and starting a more simple routine next week. i think i'm burnt out from the volume. as far as the test charge i can say i have seen improvement in my shoulder girdle development. i really like my custom mix but i think i may find a cheaper route for next month. i may just buy some karbolyn and add eaa's and creatine. but before i do that i'll have to crunch some numbers. monday trapbar deads/ db press 5x5 db rows/ cable rows 3x10 reverse pec dec/ db lateral/ db front raise 3x10 wednesday db press 2x10 db bench/ dbcurl 5x10 pushups/facepulls 5x10 of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most.
