Daily cals will be-roughly 1400-1500 and possibly less the further I get into this log.. I refeed twice a week on Monday and Friday.. Training routine is a power/hyper program. I train 2 on heavy, off, 3 on hyper. HIIT cardio 2 days a week. 45 minute LISS cardio 4 days a week. my starting weight is roughly 170lb My bf is no more then 6-7% Some of the things I will be paying attention to from Plazmosis are: The Pump of course Energy/Endurance-This will be very interesting to pay attention to because theres no stims in this supplement..Usually there is a crash involved with supps containing stims. So one unique quality in Plazmosis is its supposed to give a "Pure sustained energy" I drink coffee also which does not wire me out really at all..But combined with any supps I have taken with stims put me over the top. Not to mention the high doses of stims in many pre workout supps increases cortisol a good deal and thats the last thing I need. Strength, Appetite, Stomach/Digestion issues will be some other things I will be paying attention to while logging this supp. The log will be starting on Monday and it will last roughly a month.

Thanks for following along Wolfie.  I know you guys can all relate to dieting hard..and you being a competitive bodybuilder surely can. ohh yeah, skeletor and his evil gang were hitting the iron hard. But he did not have a physique quite on the level of He-man..I think that may have bothered skeletor and could explain his obsession with He-man and the castle of greyskull. LOL
