I tried this new recipe this morning, a little twist to egg whites, getting kinda of tired of eating them, so experimented with a pancake formula 1 1/2 cups liquid egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal Mixed together and cooked in a skillet with a little shot of Non stick Pam and there it was. It was decent, added a little sugar free syrup to it and 3 slices of turkey bacon, it was a pretty good breakfast, something different.

Tasty! Come to think of it, there's so many concotions/different recipes for protein waffles, pancackes, etc. And plenty of toppings and stuff to mix in. Could've even added Fat/Sugar Free Whipped Cream on top for a treat!
Dark Rage- Cola Dark Matter- Blue Rasp Syntha 6- Choc Mint MyoFusion- Vanilla Xtend- Apple

Good point, I've seen some that add cottage cheese to it, but the toppings and additions are really endless, you could also add pecans or walnuts to the mix, gotta love the sugar/fat free whipped cream
