I don't see a problem with it. ZMA + macuna is a good combo in general. Vitruvian should have the final answer though.

Saturday

Got up raining so decided not to run in the rain.
Not a dedicated runner. :D

Decided to go a head and work out, chest and shoulders.

Another good day, stayed with the pyramid scheme and last two sets to failure. Really pushed hard and 60 second rest. It wore me out. By the time I got to shoulders the ol arms were tired. Still was able to stay with my past weights, usually have to drop a little. Recovery continues to get better.

My sleep has been very good, almost coma like, and wake up feeling refreshed, once I wake up.

Also noticeing that I seem to be stayng hungry a lot, about one hour after eating I start geting hungry. Not really craveing anything just hungry.

Sunday was Off day.

Monday.

Arm day, woke up feeling good and ready to go.
Changed a few routines up just to see how I respond.

Lifts were very good, new routine really hit my Tri's hard, stayed with the 60 second rest and pushed hard.

Very good workout.

Recovered very well usualy I'm drained after this tyoe work out but feeling good right now.

Going to start from tonight doing the Eliptical each day

Mainly wanting to improve on my conditioning.

Really likeing how my body is responding to the IGF-2.
So far things are looking good with my stack.

Changeing my diet up some from November 1st, going to lower my carb intake a little and see how things go. Still wanting to gain, but want to slow down a little, a little to much BF inceaseing. So I want to minimize that.

ZMA and IGF-2 is a safe and good combo. Assuming you have used ZMA before and can differentiate the effects of the addition of IGF-2, feel free to use them together.

Whats up with the hunger thing?

Each day it seems I can't get enough food. I'm eating every two hours.

Just had lunch about 45 minutes ago and I'm felt fine, but now I'm hungry again, just craveing food. :!:

Has anyone else experienced this while takeing the IGF-2???

I have only dropped calories about 300 daily, so staying around 2600, whick is a little high for my maintenance number, still wanting to gain, but really want to minimize the BF increase. I know they go together, but still want to manage it as much as I can.

Thanks Vitruvian.

Yea I have used ZMA quite often.

The difference I'm feeling now is, my sleep actually seems a lot deper and when the alarm goes off I wake up, but feel a little crogy for about 30 minutes. Then everything is fine, definantly feel more refreshed through the day with the IGF-2.

Today was scheduled to be leg day, I will move that to Friday.

Had to change my schedule, played volleyball last night and knees were sore this morning. Also got in very late and by the time it was bedtime, it was already 1:00, alarm went off at 5:00

Didn't want to miss a workout, so decided to do shoulders and chest.

Was a little weak ,which I had already figured that was going to happen. So I decided to go with high reps today, usually do 6-8, so today I went with 10-12.

Its strange, as my workout progressed my strength started returning. Ended up haveing a pretty good workout.

Left shoulder was a little weak though, tweaked it last night haveing to swing left handed, my setter over set me.

I beleive the IGF-2 is kicking in full force now and thats what helped me get through the workout. Definantly going to run a second bottle ( if I don't try the HGHup)

Sleep wasn't as good as usual, but that was due to being all hyped up from volleyball.

Also I started lowering my carb intake from November 1st, seem to be feeling that alittle in the evenings, but still feeling very good overall.

Its been about 3 hours since working out and I have fully recovered, still feeing tight in my shoulders, but a lot of that is from last night.

Rucks, look back at the 1st or 2nd page. I asked him about that product also, as I've been curious about it for awhile and noticed a few companies releasing products. He said he definitely notices a difference and has been using it awhile. But then again, he could be like HB and respond well to everything he takes! :x

MRI'S HSP Active is the one that has been tested in studies and verified to work. Stick with that one if you buy any.

Have not tried any of their products! I know Dmac is a fan, as he's used quite a bit of MRI items. Again, it's something different, and when you've used the same ol same ol for years, different is interesting!

Rucks

Yes I'm useing the MRI HSP Active.

I think I'm on my third box ??

I've tried takeing it two different ways, the night before I work out, and 1 hour before.

I can feel it more when I take it 1 hour before, you really get a hot feeling.

Seems to be helping me.
