Whats up with the site, couldn't finish my intro.

Anyway, plan on continueing to push hard, work out every other day and on the 3rd work out skip 2 days and then start again.

Chest & Shoulders
Arms & abs
Legs & Back

Daily calories 2500 - 3000
Maintain High protein and Carbs( for energy )

Starting weight 183.6

I'll check my BF% in the morning.

I'll take the first dose tonight and tomorrow is Arms, so we will see how the new addition helps my workouts.

Took first dose last night ( 4 capsules) and one this morning before working out.

Not really anything to report right now, not enough time to get in my system good.

Changed up my workout and cut my rest time from 90 seconds to 60 seconds, definately could tell the difference and arm pump was very good, finally got my Tri's to give out.

Thanks for all the tips on some good routines for my Tri's.

Leg day is Friday A.M. should start feeling something then.

Tried checking my BF% this morning,( Omron BF Tester) It showed 16%, this seemed very high, considering I was at 13% 4 weeks ago, I have gained weight, but not that much BF. This thing is always all over the place, I tried 1 week to check every morning and it varied up to 2% so not sure how to get a consistant reading with it. Basically just wanted to monitor my self. I have been trying to gain and in 3 months I am up 12 lbs, so maybe my BF has jumped 3% which equals about 5lbs. Maybe not so far off, but still keeping a 4 pack. So hopefully most of the weight is in the right places.

I have been keeping calories at 2700-3000, Going to start from Nov 1st at 2500 - 2800. Going to increase cardio on my Eliptical also. Keeping the weights heavy and to failure on the last 2 sets.

Also going to change up the diet, to clean it up some. Right here at the holidays, going to be a challenge, but just have to mentally push through .

Plan looks good Dmac. How long have you been using that HSP Active? Have you noticed anything at all since starting it? I've read a few articles about that type of product and been curious.

The biggest thing I notice was my strength kept going up even while I was restricting calories. I would have to check my log, but I remember that being one of the better supplements I have taking.

Wolfie
Been useing the HSP Active for about 2 months. My strength has been steadily increaseing and it definantly will increase your body temp while lifting. Get the hot sweats.
Currently I am lifting the heaviest that I have ever done. So something is helping, honestly beleive its my entire stack, I know I have a lot of supplements listed, but each one is targeting a certian point for me. With my age and physical limits, its something I wanted to try. So for me its been a very good stack, the last 2 months I have had the best improvements, since I started lifting. So overkill ( Maybe) but its working so I'm sticking with it.

My goal is too use it for 4 months and then cycle off and see if I can tell any difference. Plan on running the IGF-2 for at least 2 months.
Keeping a journal of all my lifts and diet. It seems to be helping.

Really curious to see how it and the IGF-2 stack together. From my understanding of the two, they should compliment each other.

No workout today Legs are tomorrow.

Woke up this morning croggy.

Was wondering if there is a problem with takeing ZMA and the IGF-2 together at night?

Its been a couple hours and feeling very refreshed, usually still dragging, so may be seeing the IGF-2 starting to kick in.

If I can have a good day at work, I'll probably do my leg work out tonight instead of tomorrow. Running in a 5K Saturday and don't want my legs wore out from lifting.

Got in last night and decided to go ahead and do legs.

One of the best leg workouts I have had since my back went bad.

Actualy squatted the heaviest since starting back, back was a little tender but held up well.

Energy was great and strength was up.

Even increased my lunges which usually I'm wasted by them

A little sore this morning, hope I didn't push too hard and pay for it during tomorrows run. Just felt really good so wanted to take advantage of it.

Sleep wasn't very good last night, didn't take any ZMA with my IGF-2. Still considering not a good nights sleep last I night, I actually feel pretty good today. Usually when my sleep pattern sucks like last night I'm tired all day.

Next workout will be Sunday, I'm expecting good things, if everything continues like it has started.

Does anyone see a problem with takeing the ZMA nad IGF-2 together at night???
