Will take my first dose tonight. Just some slight cardio 10 mins-3/4 mile on The Elliptical crosstrainer Decline sit-ups 3 sets of 25 Hanging leg raises 2 sets of 10 Hanging knee raises 2 sets of 10 Not used to the whole cardio thing. I think I am the only one on here that doesn't do cardio like I should. Kinda funny, but I am like a newb when it comes to the equiptment. Anyway, that's a start. Going to try to start doing it 2-3 times a week. CLUB AWESOME

Ate supper at 5:00. So I had a few hrs after any carbs. I went to bed at 9:30. I could not go to sleep until almost 10:30. I was very tired,just tossed and turned and couldn't fall asleep? I then woke up every hour thru the night. I finally got up at 4:00 this morning. So I only got about 5 1/2 hrs of broken sleep. I HOPE it was just a fluke ! Dosed the HGHup at 4:05 and the Herculean Ext and 4:20. Headed to the gym 10 mins later. For not sleeping much had a decent w/o. Quads,hams and calves Reg squats 165 10x10 (don't know how I managed that? Lying leg curls 50 5x10 Standing smith machine calf raises 135 3x25 Not real sure how I managed to get all ten sets in on my squats. Felt good, even though I about threw up after the last two sets. I probably could of done more on the curls. But I was wearing down pretty quick. I will go with 60 next week and shoot for all ten sets. On a different note. I know AN advises to be cautious taking the HGHup with a preworkout supp. Which is why I only took half serving of the HX. I did fine through my w/o, for the most part. I was pretty nausiuos tho for the first 20 mins after. Not sure if it was the intensity of the w/o or mixing them. Will keep an eye on it and see how I do. CLUB AWESOME

Had a funeral to go to today and met with the family tonight. I am just getting home, so I probably won't get much sleep tonight. Should be able to nap tomorrow if I need to though. morning dose 2 HGHup evening dose 3 HGHup 1 1/2 hrs before bed Even though today should of been my second off day I decided to go ahead to the gym. I wanted to get my routine in order. I will be lifting over the weekend but leg day will fall on Thursday each week (hopefully) and will only have one day I have to work. I will then have a few days to recover and not be on my feet all day. Sleep - Time and Quality- 5 hrs,slept straight threw Mental Alertness/Focus-seemed to be able to really concentrate on my form today Energy-good Motivation-getting better Mood/Aggression-very good mood today Stress-things don't seem to bother me as bad the last few days Libido-getting better Joints-no change Endurance-increasing Strength-slight increase Quality of Training-good Pump and Vascularity-very good today Muscle Hardness/Density-notice today muscles felt full for along time after my w/o Body Composition and Look- no change Appetite-starting to increase Overall Sense of Feeling- felt really good today I have commented above on energy, motivation, mood and stress. Thinking about it tonight, I am really surprised about the way I have felt the last few days. My sleep hasn't been the greatest and I haven't been getting much. Usually if I am not sleeping well I am just an ass threw the day. Yet I have been in a pretty good mood all around. Also my strength was up a little today and seemed to keep my pump for alot longer than normal. I worked chest and back today. Incline BB 125 10x10x9x8x8 (last week,125 10x10x9x6x6) Flat DB bench 55's 10x10x10x10x8 (last week,55's 10x10x9x9x8) BOBBR 125 10 reps first 6 sets then 9x9x8x7 ( last week 115 10reps 9sets and 9 one set) Pull-ups 6xBW ( same ) can't believe how hard these are after BOBBR's So I increased my reps on chest and went heavier on back. May try to get some cardio in tomorrow. If my abs aren't sore anymore will hit them again also. CLUB AWESOME

Been walking quiet a bit,which seems to help loosen them up. If I feel ok, I will go do some cardio tonight. I go back to work tomorrow, and will workout in the morning so I will see if my energy keeps up through the day. I've said my appetite has been increasing these last few days. I have been down around 3000 cals/day because of everything I have had going on and have been hungary alot. Usually to get up around 4000cals I am eating when I am not hungary just to get my cals up. So I feel like my appetite is increasing. I seem to keep my eating habits/meals more in check when I am working,so I will monitor how hungary I get inbetween meals tomorrow. CLUB AWESOME
