Will post a full update later. Slept awful last night. Woke up at 2 a.m. this morning, then it was off and on until my alarm went off. Granted, I wake up wide awake, but what am I going to do at 2 a.m.? I might try adding some Melatonin to see if that corrects it.

Hey Rucks,

Did you have the same sleep issues prior to HGHup?

If by chance you feel the product is causing the issues, let's only go with a single cap before bed and move the other 4 caps to the morning.
Adding a mg or 2 of melatonin should do help some either way.

Rucks
Are you Takeing ZMA???

Just checking.

The ZMA and IGF-2 have been knocking me out , sleeping solid throughout the night.

Melatonin left be groggy the next day after I had been useing it for about a week.

But sensitive to all stems.

I was taking a Comatose for the past month prior to HGHup, I was sleeping straight through.

I will try the normal dosage tonight with some melatonin (since I already took 2 HGHup this morning and I just bought the Melatonin). If that works, should I stick with that, or go to 4 in the morning and 1 at night regardless?

Nope, tried it but that was causing me to wake up as well.

I don't remember any issues with IGF-2 the first time, I used it again and maybe I did have some trouble.

Stress - Low
Libido - Low, but coming back
Joints - Good
Endurance - Very good
Strength - Very good

Rucks, that's funny you posted this. I had the same issue last night. I was up at midnight. And then on and off through the night. It seems as if some nights I will sleep solid, and some nights will be all messed up.
I need to pay more attention to what I am eating and when. I know last night I had too many carbs to late. So that could have affected it.
I am going try to work through it for a little while before I try the melatonin.

Melatonin did not help at all last night. I was tired so I fell asleep around 8, woke up at 2 a.m. again. So I am reversing the dosages, took 3 this morning, will take 2 tonight. If that does not work, I will go to V's suggestion of 4 and 1. The reason I did not do that yet is that my stomach can be sensitive to the morning dose, so I didn't want to double it straight up. I will give a full update tonight after my workout.

Jeez, I hope it works! The last thing we need is to have to deal with your crankiness amplified by lack of sleep!
All joking aside, I do hope that your sleep issues abate and that the upped morning dosage doesn't wreck havoc with your stomach, Sexydaddy!

It's interesting that you guys are having issues sleeping and I'm sleeping great. I wonder what the major difference is?
The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

Rucks,
If the 4 would be overkill for the AM, go with 3 and then add a 3rd single cap dose somewhere throughout the day when you have a pretty empty stomach.

We've had some people elsewhere with sleep issues too.... it's mainly due to the Huperzine.

Lucky for me.... I use 2 HGHup and 2-3 RPM at about 6:30pm, then another 2 HGHup and 2 Bio-Mend at about 10:00pm. I am out like a light by 10:30pm. lol
