If anyone needs to eat some candy, it's you JD! I've got a bucket of it in my living room. My daughter could care less. She got to put her costume on and go door to door so everyone could see her! That candy's gonna be mine, all mine I say!

Maybe this thread should be re-titled "TheStoic's Candy Confessional"

I don't mind the post traffic, but that fruity name's gotta go...

Oh and I had no candy at all yesterday. 8)

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 3

Intervals on the bike. 1:15 at 2, :45 at 11. This is up :15 seconds from last time around. Again, I feel like I could have done more but I just bumped calories again this week because I was still losing weight. Don't want to offset that immediately. I will most likely increase it again, but don't know that I'll go past a 1:1 ratio. I'll play it by ear and see how it goes.

Took a couple quick measurements and there was no difference, but I've had a couple comments that I look bigger. Maybe I'm dropping some BF and looking more muscular? Whatever it is, I'll take it. I'll post changes in measurements at the end of the log so we'll see.

Back tomorrow.

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 3.

Back day.

Deadlift – 7 Increase
T-Bar Row – 8 Increase
Seated Row – 7 Increase
Lat Pulldowns – 6 Increase
BB Shrug – 7 No Change

Good workout. That last rep of DL’s did not want to go up and I have the bloody shin to prove it, but I dug deep and got it. That’s always a good feeling.

I’m going to wind up doing these exercises a time or two more than I normally would, since I don’t want to switch up right at the end of the log. I usually go about 6 weeks before changing everything up and this is week 7 into my rotation. I’m still making progress though so it’s not that big a deal. I’ll change up once I’m done with the stack.

Cardio tomorrow.

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 3

Guess that last DL bit me back. Didn't notice anything at the time, but my right achilles tendon started to stiffen up last night so I iced it down. It was okay today, but started to ache again as the day went on. (Desk jobs suck and everything tightens up during the day.) I decided to skip cardio tonight and let it rest. Tomorrow is Chest day so it'll be another day of rest for it. I want to make sure I'm good to go for Legs on Sunday.

Stack is still working as I'm not out of breath at all as I sit here watching TV.

Chest tomorrow.

You must be watching the wrong channel!

I'm very sorry to hear about the achilles tendon! I hope that the inflamation goes away very soon!

I'm not too worried. I don't think it's that serious, I would just rather rest it now than compromise my lifts later. It's not like you have to twist my arm to get me to skip a cardio session.
