Legs/Delts

Back Squat – 8 Increase
Standing BB Calf Raise – 8 Increase
Romanian DL – 7 Increase
BB Push Press – 7 Increase (Finally!! I’ve been stuck on 5 for a couple weeks. It felt good to bust that...by 2 no less.)
Standing Double Side Laterals – 7 Increase

Increase all around. Another good day. I’ve been pretty much stim free for the log, definitely pre-workout, but today I had a cup of coffee. That was a nice change.

I’ll be walking around with the kids tonight trick-or-treating so the legs will get more work. Hopefully that helps with soreness later too. Of course it’s supposed to be chilly so maybe I’ll lock up. I guess I could pretend to be Frankenstein…

Cardio tomorrow.

great update! I am worried about locking up myself tonight! I have a 12 hour shift of up and down/in and out (no jokes needed :D ) and I just had an awesome workout myself. What kind of coffee do you drink?!

Dunno, some kind of Costco brand Sumatra something or other. I don't drink coffee much, occasionally on the weekends. My wife is the coffee drinker. I don't think she likes what we have much so do you have a good one?

I'm actually down 3 pounds since I started the log, even though my calories are up. Feel fuller and the wife says I look bigger, but haven't taken measurements so that's unconfirmed. Lifts are going up so I know I'm not wasting away. Verrrrry interesting.

thats beautiful! but at the same time I hate you for losing weight on all those cals.

Great job on improving on all lifts on your last training session. :)

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 5:30

Intervals on the treadmill tonight. :30 at 9mph, 1:30 at 3. Planned on increasing the sprint time, but didn't to save my knees. Yesterday's leg workout, plus walking around for a couple hours last night and then again today running errands had my knees aching. Absolutely had the wind to go past :30 so I'll increase it next time. Wish I could have gone longer as I broke down and had about 70 of those little tiny Snickers last night after the kids went to bed (You snooze, you lose, brats. No one said life is fair. 8) ), but I had to take some ibuprofen as it is.

Arms tomorrow.

Intervals tonight. 10:00 minutes of cramming my face with hot wings, 2:00 minutes of feeling sick, then repeat 3 or 4 times. Spiked insulin post-workout with some Halloween candy. Good workout.

Legs/delts tomorrow.

This is the most impressive w/o I've read about ever on prosource! And one of my personal favorites! :) I've spent years perfecting this interval! I also swiped some of my daughter's candy! I walked her around and even drove her to another neighborhood, figured I earned some M & M's at least!

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 3

Arms today.
(Biceps exercise is superset with the triceps exercise listed underneath.)

Standing BB Curl – 5 No Change
Close Grip Bench – 5 No Change
Pullups – 4 No Change
Dips – 5 No Change
Standing Crossbody Hammer Curls – 6 Increase
Pushdowns – 6 Increase

Not a bad workout. Those are the kind of reps that I'm shooting for, I just like to shatter the 6 mark, but that means the weights were too light... It was especially good considering I slept horribly last night, I guess that's going around since I saw that on another couple logs. I was dragging all day. I almost popped some VPX Redline I found rolling around in my drawer at work before I left, but I haven't taken that in awhile and it would figure that it would keep me up all night when I needed sleep so I skipped it. It was a rough start to the workout, but I got crankin' once I started.

Cardio tomorrow.
