Macros for the week:
3207 cals 40-35-25

That's a little more than I was planning. I was shooting for about 3k and hit it the first few days, then threw down 33-3400 the past couple and blew the average. That's too big a jump and I'll have to be careful. Fat's a little high again too which won't help. I know why that is though and it'll get fixed. I'm the only one that drinks skim milk at home and we had extras of everyone else's that needed to get finished before it spoiled. I don't have Rucksdaddy-type money to just be throwing away food.

I'd like to back it down to about 3000 for the next week or two and then I can jump to 32-3300.

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 3

Chest day.

Incline BB Press – 6 Increase
Flat DB Press – 8 Increase
Incline DB Flye – 7 (or 7) Increase
Seated Press – 7 Increase

Suprisingly good workout today, I'm excited. It was a long day at work and I was feeling drained on the way home. I was zoning out in traffic. That carried all the way through my warmups, but as soon as I got into the first working set, the energy came on and I wound up hitting all my numbers. The DB press was especially good. Seems like my workouts keep getting better and better. Looking back, most of my comments about the supplements have come on cardio days rather than during resistance workouts lately, but I think the results speak for themselves. Breathing is never labored, strength is up, DOMS is non-existent. I'm impressed.

Cardio tomorrow...probably. My foot still hurts.

Im really happy to see this is working so well for you so far. Since I personally know what kind of supplement arsenal you've seen, I take it that you're really enjoying the products to laude with such high praise

Yeah, I'm glad I got annoyed with people complaining about a dead forum and then not applying for logs.

A lot of supplements are take it or leave it type things. You're glad you got it for free, but probably won't ever buy it. I will definitely invest in these in the future. ....but I'll save that kind of stuff for the final review.

I'd say I took today off to rest my achilles before tomorrow's leg workout, but the truth is I just got lazy. The wife was out all day; I had the kids so I didn't have the opportunity to do anything until this evening and by then I just didn't feel like it. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, and <<shudder>> My Little Pony's Twinkle Wish Adventure have drained my will to live. The horror! The horror!

Legs/delts tomorrow.

I like having one of each, but some of that stuff for little girls is just unbearable. Sometimes I think of jamming my thumb in my eye rather than sit through Barbie and the Diamond Castle one more time. To be fair, my son's attention span isn't long enough yet to watch things all the way through over and over. I'm sure he'll start to annoy me soon enough.

Cordy5 at 8, will take the Cre-02 at 3.

Legs/Delts

Back Squat – 8 Increase
Standing BB Calf Raise – 5 No Change
Romanian DL – 7 Increase
BB Push Press – 5 No Change
Standing Double Side Laterals – 7 Increase

Achilles tendon was stiff and a little sore during warmup, but once I got under some real weight everything got tuned out. I love that feeling and it's one of the reasons I lift. Feeling okay now, but I'm going to ice it down because I can tell it's going to tighten up a bit. Next workout is Arms so I should be okay by the next time I need to lift on it. Got more squats than I expected, the others were in line with my expectations.

Log ends one week from today. What a drag. :(

Cardio tomorrow.

DL's caused the tendon issues so that's not fair, but yes, squats were a lot higher than I expected. 8)

Sore tendon and yet weight increases! You truly are TheStoic! Could some of the strength gains be attributed to My Little Pony Rage?
This has been a fun log and I'll be sorry to see it end. You've done such a great job with it that I can hardly wait to order some Cordygen 5!

Cre-02 at 9, Cordy5 at 5. It only took me a month, but I finally guessed right on when I wouldn't be able to work out until later.

Complexes. Did 6 rotations tonight. Sweating like a pig by the end, but breathing was steady as always. Had a bad headache that was gone by the time I finished too so that was nice. Weights felt light too. They're always "light" by a weight session standard, but they felt light for a complex workout too.

Arms tomorrow.
