I have to admit that this log is very inspiring!! Looks like you are really waging a war on the the weights. Would you say you are becoming a fan and believer in the plazmosis?

Had a really good workout this morning..Strength was there, energy, intensity, you name it! Lifts continue to improve each workout. Looking leaner, feeling stronger and muscles looking fuller. Can't beat that! HIIT in the morn, leg thrash on thursday.

Unbelievable Natural. Are you still holding steady at 170?

I'm glad to here that strength and muscle fullness is looking good. You have some unbelievable genetics- If I was only taking in 1,475 calories combined w/ your workouts I'd have no muscle mass left!

Thanks alot man:) I find a ton of inspiration in others logs also..Thats the greatest thing about workout logs. We can all motivate each other to do our best.

I am definitely a believer in the Plazmosis at this point..Its really helped boost my performance day after day.
My strength and intensity have been excellent..The energy as far as being able to train at a high level right thru my entire workouts and lack of fatigue have been excellent also. Its really making a difference and thats what you want.

haha, thanks Morgan:) Its only genetics if insanity is a genetic trait.LOL But in all seriousness, I have to give credit to Plazmosis of course. Its really helped boost my performance..Along with keeping my nutrition on point I am able to continue to train hard and lift relatively heavy for me and hang on to my muscle. Not to mention thesupport on the forum always makes a difference for me.

And my weight is at a little under 170 right now. I'll give a final weight at the end of next week.

NL your logs are an inspiration to us all!

Have you done any workouts without the Plazmosis since you started using it or are you keeping it a consistent since you started the log? With the trashing you're doing in the gym right now I can't imagine what you do in off season with higher calories!

Have fun with your HIIT tomorrow and LEGS  on Thurs! I'm sending you my 'good leg day ju-ju!'

thanks for the "leg day ju-ju" LOL, can use all the help I can get for hyper leg day. :)

Gotta love cold morning cardio! Keeps the lungs strong! (I'm gonna have to raid a school and do stair sprints on their bleachers.... Rocky style!)

You sure that you're not Layne?? Or that you're not training for nationals and one of 6 pro cards to be given out? Keep it up NL. I agree, very motivating stuff!

Thur Nov 5-lower hyper/cardio

Leg extensions-5 sets+dropsets to failure on last set

Front Squat-225lbx10x2

Squats-315lbx8

Hack squat-3 sets MM connection on these was really good today.

alternate 1 leg curls-3 sets non stop back and fourth

DB sldl-70lbx10

Standing calf raises
toes straight-4 sets
toes out-4 sets
toes in-4 sets

Seated calf raises-4 sets

Workout time-1h

p.m. Cardio-45m Jog

getting around to this late tonight..Did not get the best nights sleep. I ended up watching game 6 til late. I wish I shut it off and went to bed at 10. But I still had a solid workout today. It left me drained today thou. My legs and me were whooped on by the time I was finished. I got a real good sweat going for today's workout. Had some hunger pains earlier on in the day also. I could not wait for my 3rd meal. Its usually post workout til my next meal I get real hungry. the post workout meal does nothing to help this. I think it makes me hungrier. And since I eat every 4 hours I just have to hang in there. But tomorrow is a refeed which usually keeps the hunger pains a way for days. Going to eat a ton of sweet potato's tomorrow. :P Cutting out my WW pizza so I can spare cals to eat more with each meal over the entire day. Its much more satisfying this way..Since I started doing HIIT my legs don't get very sore after I train them also which is a cool benefit of doing HIIT. 8)

Fri Nov 6-chest/back/hyper/cardio

high incline db press-90lbx10
Superset
rack chins-75lbweightsx8

medium incline db press-90lbx10
superset
palms in pullups-bwx8x3

flat db press-90lbx9
superset
BB row-195lbx10

Decline db press-90lbx9
superset-
seated row-3 sets

low incline db flye-60lbx10

T-bar row-200lbsx9

workout time-1h

p.m cardio-45m jog

Really good chest/back hyper day..Strength was there today thru out and I achieved a nice upper body pump. And intensity was high this morning. By the time I did my last set of flye's and t-bar rows I was completely spent. I was ready to enjoy some extra cals from my post workout meal being its a refeed. I am feeling drained right now. Staying up for game 6 has thrown off my sleep routine. I need to try and get to bed at my regular time tonight sp tomorrow I'm not dragging big time..One more training day left in this week 3. Shoulders/arms/cardio tomorrow.

My WF caramel stash :P
