I just now figured out what "BC" was... Exogenous hormones are a b*tch. I've noticed for me the biggest changes/adjustments come up front (I'm talking thyroid and obviously not BC in may case) and things level out somewhat as time goes on. You learn to work around it. So hopefully it gets easier for you. If not and you think something's definitely got to change make sure you keep in communication with your doctor and make them aware of your concerns.

yeah- BC sucks... but so dose going into menopause at 24...lol Anyway- Yesterday I did arms in the morning and it was no good... I ate oats and whey before I went to try and get a little carb boost but it didn't help- made me sluggish. Maybe I lift best on an empty stomach! lol but I pushed thru and am soar today so I did something right! I also worked with a trainer today and hit legs pretty hard. He had me do normal squats (instead of the box or smith machine), leg press, walking side lunges, the glute machine, SL DL, leg extentions, and hamstring curls. we did low weights with High reps so I'm pretttyyyy soar! lol. But on the up side~I got my LG BCAAs! tested them out tonight! I got the blue razz and while its pretty flavorless (not a bad thing) it mixes really well! Much better than xtend every did! So I guess I'll see tomorrow how soar I am. I'm on the fence about working out tomorrow, its been a long week and I'm going to ab blast/ dance cardio on sat. so I'm not sure what I want to work tomorrow! lol maybe if I get up I'll test out arms again..... but I am doing bis/tris on sun with another guy from the gym... hmmmm tuff calls here!

So I've been off track to TOO long! But I'm getting back on it now~ no more 'bulking excuses!' Today I did legs and had fun! *warm-up* 30 side walking lunges ~cable leg extentions 2x15 50# 1x12 60# ~plate loaded leg press 2x15 200# 1x12 250# ~straight squats 2x15 70+bar 1x12 90+bar ~seated calf raises 1x15 105# toes straight 1x15 toes pointed out 1x15 toes pointed in (thanks NL *this really works*) *cool-down* 30 side squat walking lunges food: ~post-workout Choco whey with banana oatmeal mixed in ~B-fest Kashi go-lean with 1/2 scoop whey ~snack 1/2 cup Cottage cheese + 1/2 cup blueberries + 1 tbsp wheat germ ~lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 4oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, SF jello (5cals alright!) *for some reason I felt the urge to do cardio... 25mins on the stairmaster* ~Post-workout 1 can tuna, mustard, wrapped in a lavish bread wrap ~dinner 5oz chicken, butternut squash, asparagus, small side salad ~late night snack 1/4 cup CC, 1tbsp PB SLEEP!!! totals might be off a SMIDGE: cals: 1808 Protein: 199g Carbs: 133g Fats: 53 Not bad. give or take some for Fitdays issues! lol For some reason they think my chicken has 34g of fat.... yeah... no way! Anyway- I'm feeling much better about my nutrition today! and can't wait for another good day tomorrow!

I'm defiantly soar today!! It was my rest day... but I did my cardio class tonight. I guess since I've added BF (sad face) I'm getting tired faster, and seeming to sweat more... lol! I guess that is the price we pay for building muscle! I do have one question: I'm ADDICTED to grapes... LOVE LOVE LOVE them... and I didn't eat a lot of them this summer because I was cutting, What is the max I should eat in one sitting or day? should I seriously limit myself? I'm talking like I can sit down and eat 2lbs of them at a time... I know they are mostly sugar:but its really the ONLY sugar I eat. Should I just enjoy them as my only vice while I can and just not worry about it? (thats the answer I want...lol  ) but any imput would be great! Thanks! Other than that- food was good today. Bison burgers for dinner- one of my favs!!! nom nom nom! good, clean protein! Tomorrow is Abs and maybe a little cardio (light) not sure till I get there!

Eat 'em. No one ever got fat off fruit.
That's not entirely true, but I don't think you have much to worry about if that's your one source of sugar and you're bulking.

I got them yesterday... good!!! I was impressed! I think I'm going to make two protein pancakes (just powder,water,egg whites) and make a fluff-n-nutter 'sandwich' with them and PB! If I do- I'll take pictures! Also, I'm attaching pics of my quads from this AM. I did legs and I really think they are coming along nicely! What do you guys think? Also, Do you think I'm keeping my BF at a good level for gaining muscle? (excuse the pic quality... cell phones!)

Lookin' good. Hamstrings look like they're developing nicely. That's lacking a lot times. Good work! What's your BF? Do you have a number? **EDIT** - I just read through your Phenom log over on AA.net. (I'm trying to convince you AA folks to do a special on the High Throttle stack.  ) But I saw your pics over there and your legs are much more muscular now. I'm upgrading my response from "Good work!" to "Great work!" Visible and impressive results. You're definitely adding mass.

Have I ever tried the WF chocolate/marshmellow/caramel dips..I'll take you a pic tomorrow of my dip stash.  I am beyond addicted to that stuff. I love mixing the caramel dip with just peanut butter. just those 2 together is a special combination of taste. You definitely have to post a pic of the protein pancake fluff-n-nutter sandwich when you make it..brilliant idea! I am going to be all over some of that. Great pics of the quads/hamms/calves..Your are doing an outstanding job building up your legs. great symmetry..And I agree with stoic, nice work on the hamstrings. Just keep doing what you're doing. I think your bf is at a good level. Can still see some muscle seperation in those leg poses...If you are strong and building strength which will build muscle and you can keep your bf around what it is now you are good. You won't have to do some insane prolonged cut diet next time you lean out.
