I do that all the time. Oatmeal, Ground Flax, Strawberries, and Protein. Yummy!
I must be doing it wrong :(

:?: :?:

I just put 1/2 to 1 cup of oats in my blender FIRST. Turn it on and let it blend for about 20 secs. Then add everything else. I have found out if I put a banana in with it something about the consistency of the blended banana helps keep the ground oats from settling to bad in the bottom of my cup. :?

Worry about the sugar in processed foods, not from natural sources.
