Re: OP WheyWhat's OP? Did you mean ON?
The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.
Re: OP Wheynot seeing any op...

Re: OP WheyI've used ON in the past and thought it was Ok. But I always end up going back to NytroWhey because it tastes so damn good. It's also not that much more expensive per serving.

Re: OP Whey
ON is a good choice, I've used it in the past, but it is generally used by people that don't know that there are better options out there. Lipotropic protein. It's higher-quality, a blended protein (shown to be more effective that straight whey), and cheaper.. $30 for 5 lbs. I like All The Whey also, but they're more expensive and are just plain whey, versus a blend. Re: OP Whey
not to start a riot or anything, but can you site any sources for your blend vs. whey isolate claim? I'm very curious to read that. ![]() Millennium Sport Technologies/Bellezza Botanicals Rep. http://www.millenniumsport.net My views may not be the views of Millennium Sport Technologies http://www.renegadetrainer.com
Re: OP WheyI think I'm going to give the new flavour a shot. I think it's for a limited time. I've always liked their flavours, but I'm definitely open to trying other brands as well.
Re: OP Whey
Certainly. I first learned that on these forums actually Kerksick, C., Rasmussen, C., Lancaster, S., Starks, M., Smith, P., Melton, C., et al. (2007). Impact of differing protein sources and a creatine containing nutritional formula after 12 weeks of resistance training. Nutrition, 23(9), 647-656. Stoppani, Jim "Whey protein powder + casein protein powder." Flex 25.12 (2008): 278. SPORTDiscus with Full Text. EBSCO. Web. 5 Nov. 2009. While there aren't many studies that seem to look at blends, none of them reject the idea that blends are superior than straight protein of any type.
